Do I need a patch test?
Yes, for all eye treatments (tints, lash perms and Russian lashes) and for microblading. It only takes a few minutes and needs to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment, so pop in while we're open. If you've had one with us in the last six months, you don't need another.
What's the difference between strip wax and hot wax?
Strip wax is spread thinly and lifted with a cloth strip, which is ideal for larger areas like legs, arms and back. Lycon hot wax sets on the skin and is lifted off without strips. It grips the hair rather than the skin, so it's kinder to sensitive areas like the face, underarms and bikini line.
How do I change or cancel?
Tap "Manage a booking" and enter your booking reference and mobile number. You can cancel online up to 24 hours before. After that, please call or message us.
Do you do treatments for men?
Yes. Brows, cheeks, nose, ears, back, chest, arms and legs. See "For men" in the price list.
What if I'm running late?
Let us know as soon as you can. If you're very late we may need to shorten your treatment or move you to another time.
